James Stephens High School, Ville Platte was activated today. The tigers are jumping! They have a rich and familiar history.

Lincoln High School was activated today. The bears are growling. Please see their history.

Allen High School has been added to the list of schools. We are very fortunate to have this history for everyone to share. Go yellow jackets!

O. W. Dillon High School’s history was added to the list of highlighted schools. please see Tangipahoa Parish for this entry.

Historical markers were added to significant notes on today. Please let us know if there are other markers that are not recognized by this site.

Booker T. Washington High School, Shreveport, La. entry to the National Registry of Historic Places was added, significant addition to the civil rights movement.

John S. Dawson High School entry into the national registry of historic places is quite interesting.

Trout-Good Pine School was added as a listing on the National Historic Place Register. The architecture is unique, a wooden building.

A significant notes page was added today. highlights are Rosenwald schools, Scotlandville, St. Augustine’s lawsuit, Bill Breda and Pelican Relays.

Coleman College was added to the list of significant notes.

Shady Grove High School is a new addition for Bienville Parish.

Scotlandville High School was activated. They have a rich track history with accomplishment.

Information was added for J. S. Clark High School, New Orleans, Opelousas, John S. Dawson High School, Webster High School, St. Augustine High School, Xavier Prep, Cohen High School, Southern Lab School, McKinley High School, Desoto High School, Mary E. Graham High School, Peabody High School and Eula D. Britton High Schools.
