Southwest Rapides High School History
Southwest Rapides High School was located on the eastern region of the town of Glenmora. This school served African American students from Glenmora to what is now Forest Hill. In the 1970s, integration laws converted this school into Glenmora High School, a school for all Glenmora students. The school is still in operation today as Glenmora High School, serving students in grades 9-12.
